How does the beer actually get to the Südtirol Arena?

Every day, 20,000 spectators are supplied with perfectly tempered drinks in the biathlon area. A logistical challenge that is preceded by six months of planning at harpf.

Absolute precision and the eagle eye of top professional staff precede the fun in the Südtirol Arena. harpf has been supplying Italy's largest winter sports event for over 15 years, paying particular attention to the freshest goods. The beer, for example, is bottled as late as possible – only two days before the start of the World Cup – and comes straight from the lorry to the cup via excellently maintained dispensing systems. To guarantee smooth delivery, the harpf employees hold down the fort in the warehouse until 10 p.m. on the competition days. They prepare the many different products until late in the evening so that everything is ready for delivery at 5 a.m. A precisely coordinated team effort in which every move is perfectly planned.
