Women’s Mass Start
The 30 world bests athletes start simultaneously and compete over a course of 12.5 km for women, 15 km for men. The four shooting range stages follow the same pattern as the pursuit with the first two in the prone position and the last two in standing. Each missed target corresponds to a penalty loop of 150m.
